Job Responsibilities:
? 負責客戶投訴處理 – handling customer complaint
? 質量文件、標準和標簽的制定、備案；配方審核、(新產(chǎn)品、新工藝和客戶要求相關）的評審和跨部門溝通Formulation and filing of quality documents, standards and labels; Formulation review, (new product, new process and customer requirements related) review and cross-functional communication;
? 第三方審核和檢查（農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村局、審核中心）third-party audit and inspection (Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Audit Center);
? 非洲豬瘟的防控全面負責 responsible for the prevention and control of ASF
? 工廠質量培訓；其他事項（客戶接待、二方審核和協(xié)助新原料、新供應商開發(fā)、評審）
Factory quality training; Other matters (customer reception, two-party audit and assistance in the development and evaluation of new raw materials and new suppliers).
Requirements:
? More than 3 years in feed additives related industry;
? Preferably candidates will have a Master degree or above in animal sciences, veterinary medicine, nutrition or related field.
? Highly organized, logical and commercial thinking
? Good service awareness and communication skills
? High MS Office document management and preparation skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
? Fluent in written English
