就帕拉州而言，當(dāng)?shù)刈h會(huì)于2024年底通過了第10837/24號(hào)法律，從3月26日起，每袋大豆（2.20蒲式耳）征收4.32雷亞爾的出口稅，每袋玉米征收2.09雷亞爾的出口稅。生產(chǎn)商和官員一直在就降低出口稅進(jìn)行談判，討論的建議是每袋大豆征收1雷亞爾，每袋玉米征收50巴西美分。

根據(jù)巴西農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)Conab的最新數(shù)據(jù)，帕拉州和馬拉尼昂州預(yù)計(jì)在2024/25年度將生產(chǎn)390萬噸和470萬噸大豆。與馬托格羅索州4,710萬噸和帕拉那州2,180萬噸的預(yù)期產(chǎn)量相比，這一數(shù)字較低。盡管如此，帕拉州和馬拉尼昂州在巴西北部和東北部地區(qū)名列前三。
這項(xiàng)稅收可能會(huì)使美國(guó)大豆生產(chǎn)商受益，因?yàn)檫@可能會(huì)提高巴西大豆的價(jià)格。

根據(jù)Platts評(píng)估，2月20日，4月份桑托斯剛大豆離岸價(jià)為398.69美元/噸，較2月19日上漲6.16美元。
