第三屆品質(zhì)與福利雞蛋（中國(guó)）高峰論壇
2021年10月27日，由國(guó)家動(dòng)物健康與食品安全創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟、FAI農(nóng)場(chǎng)，上海悅孜企業(yè)信息咨詢有限公司聯(lián)合主辦的第三屆品質(zhì)與福利雞蛋（中國(guó)）高峰論壇在上海順利召開。本屆高峰論壇受到了政府、高校、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和企業(yè)的大力支持，共有來自國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和科研機(jī)構(gòu)的專家及養(yǎng)殖、設(shè)備、加工、檢測(cè)認(rèn)證、餐飲與零售代表和媒體約160人參會(huì)。
本次會(huì)議由上海悅孜全程雙語在線直播，由科創(chuàng)中國(guó)，科技工作者之家，中國(guó)綠發(fā)會(huì)，良食基金、百度直播同步進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)播，線上觀看量總計(jì)達(dá)56,000余人次，線上網(wǎng)友與大會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)頻頻互動(dòng)，積極探討動(dòng)物福利在全球的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展。
The 3rd Quality and Welfare Egg (China) Summit, co-hosted by China Animal Health and Food Safety Alliance, FAI Farms and IQC Shanghai Co., Ltd., the 3rd Quality and Welfare Egg (China) Summit was successfully held in Shanghai on October 27th, 2021. This summit forum was strongly supported by the government, universities, industry associations and enterprises. More than 160 participants from academic circles, industry associations and scientific research institutions at home and abroad, representatives of breeding, equipment, processing, testing and certification, catering and retail attended the forum.
The conference was broadcast online by IQC in both English and Chinese, and was simultaneously broadcast by Innovation China, Home of Science and Technology Workers, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation, Good Food Found and Baidu Live. The total number of online views reached more than 56,000. Online users frequently interacted with the conference and actively discussed the current situation and development of animal welfare in the world.

Dr. Zhongchao Sun, Deputy Secretary General, China Animal Health and Food Safety Alliance, delivered a speech at the conference. He said that the successful convening of the third quality and welfare egg (China) summit forum was in line with the strategic requirements for the high-quality development of the animal husbandry industry, and was important to guide the green and healthy development of the farming industry, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, promote the connection between production and marketing, and help the development of the welfare egg industry, It is of great practical significance to increase the supply of safe, high-quality and healthy animal-base food.
HFAC動(dòng)物福利認(rèn)證企業(yè)授牌儀式
在國(guó)家動(dòng)物健康與食品安全創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟指導(dǎo)下，上海悅孜和HFAC（人道農(nóng)場(chǎng)關(guān)懷組織）在中國(guó)成功開展動(dòng)物福利認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目。目前，蘇州歐福蛋業(yè)股份有限公司，快樂的蛋（海南）農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展有限公司江蘇分公司，平遙偉海生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)有限公司完成國(guó)際蛋雞動(dòng)物福利認(rèn)證，獲得了由HFAC頒發(fā)的認(rèn)證證書，成為國(guó)內(nèi)首批符合國(guó)際蛋雞動(dòng)物福利標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的企業(yè)。HFAC中國(guó)負(fù)責(zé)人熊傳武博士為獲證企業(yè)頒發(fā)動(dòng)物福利認(rèn)證證書。
Under the guidance of the China Animal Health and Food Safety Alliance, IQC and HFAC (Humane Farm Animal Care) have successfully carried out animal welfare certification projects in China. At present, Suzhou OVODAN Foods Co., Ltd., Happy Eggs (Hainan) Agriculture Development Co., Ltd Jiangsu Branch and Pingyao Weihai Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. had got the international laying hens animal welfare certification and become the first batch of enterprises in China that meet the international animal welfare standards. Dr. Xiong Chuanwu, on behalf of HFAC China, issued the animal welfare certificate to the enterprise.
福利雞蛋采購(gòu)?fù)扑]清單
目前，全球范圍內(nèi)已經(jīng)有 2,000 多家企業(yè)承諾將 100%采購(gòu)非籠養(yǎng)雞蛋，其中包括中國(guó)的 50 家企業(yè)。這些企業(yè)都承諾在2025年或更早的時(shí)間，在中國(guó)及全球范圍內(nèi)，開始100%采購(gòu)非籠養(yǎng)雞蛋。自2019年，上海悅孜（IQC）啟動(dòng)中國(guó)非籠養(yǎng)雞蛋養(yǎng)殖調(diào)研項(xiàng)目，3年時(shí)間實(shí)地走訪調(diào)研多家30余家非籠養(yǎng)蛋雞養(yǎng)殖基地，對(duì)養(yǎng)殖方式、基地規(guī)模和動(dòng)物福利水平等進(jìn)行評(píng)估。為更好的推動(dòng)產(chǎn)銷對(duì)接，助力福利雞蛋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，大會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)布了最新的福利雞蛋采購(gòu)?fù)扑]清單。
More than 2,000 companies worldwide, including 50 companies in China, have committed to buy 100% cage-free eggs. All have commitment to start sourcing 100% cage-free eggs in China and globally by 2025 or earlier. Since 2019, Shanghai IQC has launched a research project on cage-free egg producing in China. It had visited more than 30 cage-free egg farm bases in three years to evaluate the feeding model, breeding stock and animal welfare level. In order to better promote the jointing of production and marketing and promote the development of welfare egg industry, IQC released the latest recommended list of welfare egg procurement.
非籠養(yǎng)雞蛋生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指南
為填補(bǔ)行業(yè)和市場(chǎng)需求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)空白，更好地引導(dǎo)非籠養(yǎng)蛋雞養(yǎng)殖管理的規(guī)范化，為零售和餐飲企業(yè)提供一套非籠養(yǎng)雞蛋的生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指南，并推動(dòng)與國(guó)際接軌，中國(guó)連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)協(xié)會(huì)食品安全委員會(huì)聯(lián)合行業(yè)專家、非籠養(yǎng)雞蛋生產(chǎn)企業(yè)聯(lián)合起草了團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《非籠養(yǎng)雞蛋生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指南》，于2021年10月13日起生效實(shí)施。
In order to fulfill the gap of industry and market demand standards, better guide the standardization of cage free layer breeding management, provide a set of cage free egg production evaluation guidelines for retail and catering enterprises, and promote international standards, the food safety committee of CCFA jointly drafted group standards invited the industry experts and cage free egg production enterprises to drafted the group standard of Evaluation Guidelines of cage fee egg production , which came into effect on October 13, 2021.

國(guó)家蛋雞體系崗位科學(xué)家，安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所所長(zhǎng)詹凱研究員就“中國(guó)雞蛋行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)”做主題報(bào)告，詹凱研究員從雞蛋產(chǎn)業(yè)概述、產(chǎn)業(yè)態(tài)勢(shì)、蛋（種）雞福利、雞蛋產(chǎn)業(yè)展望4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了介紹，并指出非籠養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)僅占市場(chǎng)份額的10%左右，福利雞蛋增長(zhǎng)空間巨大。
Professor Kai Zhan, Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Research Institute, Anhui Academy of Agriculture Science, National System Scientist of Laying Hens, gave a theme report about development trends of Chinese egg industry. Zhan Kai introduced and illustrated the egg industry from four aspects: product overview, industrial situation, laying hens welfare and egg industry prospect, and he pointed out that the cage free system only accounts for about 10% of the market share, and the growth space of welfare eggs is huge.

國(guó)家蛋雞體系崗位科學(xué)家，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)徐桂云教授分享了雞蛋品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的分析，從品質(zhì)指標(biāo)、雞蛋風(fēng)味物質(zhì)來對(duì)雞蛋的品質(zhì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和分析。

Eldren introduced the sustainable development strategy of Barilla group, achievements in animal welfare and the procurement and certification process of cage free eggs. At the same time, Eldren also shared the experience on how to communicate animal welfare products with consumers.

Luiz Mazzon, Global Programs Director of Humane Farm Animal Care shared the main challenges for animal welfare certification. Luiz provided reasonable opinions on how to understand standards, animal welfare training, continuous monitoring and paying attention to farming records, which are the problems encountered or need to be focused by enterprises in the process of on-site audit.

Luiz Demattê, CEO of KORIN, shared international case study of cage free transition by study cases and convincing data of chicken farms in Brazil and analyzing the sales information of egg products in the global market. He comprehensively summarized the advantages and disadvantages and development prospects of cage free chickens. And he recognized that animals and humans have the same perception ability. From a humanitarian point of view, it is considered that cage free chicken and eggs are the general trend.

Mr.Jie Hou, Director of Customer Solutions of Big Dutchman, shared the practice of cage free laying hens at home and abroad. He introduced the cage free production guidelines, the current situation of cage free production in EU and the United States. He also discussed the development of China cage free market.

歐盟委員會(huì)健康與消費(fèi)者保護(hù)總署食品衛(wèi)生團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人Kris de Smets 對(duì)歐盟蛋雞控制沙門氏菌的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了分享，介紹了綜合衛(wèi)生規(guī)則及關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)控制，養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)過程中針對(duì)沙門氏菌的控制，蛋雞控制沙門氏菌的措施等內(nèi)容。
Kris de Smets, Head of Team Food Hygiene SANCO (European Commission), shared the experience of EU laying hens in controlling Salmonella. He introduced the comprehensive health rules and control of key risk points, the control of Salmonella during breeding and production. He also shared measures for laying hens to control Salmonella.

Good commodities need good market support. At the end of the conference, Dr. Xiong Chuanwu, CEO of IQC, delivered a closing speech, summarized the conference, thanked all speakers and participants, and placed high hopes on the development of welfare eggs.
